Book and pay on this website
Only pay through the payment page of a booking you made here, or at the property after we confirm. We never ask you to transfer money to a personal account.
Watch for fake messages
We will never ask for your password or full card number by email, text or phone. If a message looks suspicious, don't click its links. Check your booking in My bookings instead.
Keep your account secure
Use a strong password you don't use anywhere else, and change it in Security settings if you think someone else knows it.
Before you travel
Save the local emergency numbers for your destination, share your plans with someone you trust, and keep a copy of your booking number offline.
Something wrong with a booking or a payment? Open a case in Dispute resolution, or contact us. In an emergency, call the local emergency services first.
